The Cascade Amateur Radio Society has organized group purchases on the following items:

Used; pulled from UPS as part of maintenance program
CARS gets these fairly regularly, and they are reported to have good life left in them.

Great price on the batteries, even used. Make sure you can lift 74 lbs....
