Applying for a GMRS license

Passing a 35-question multiple choice exam to earn their Amateur Radio license isn't terribly hard, but it's not for everyone. A GMRS application now costs the same as Amateur, but that one license covers your entire family including near relatives. You're limited to a single UHF band, but you can use repeaters, and GMRS allows you to interoperate w/ FRS users.
